After standing around at Swanboune for what seemed an eternity, waiting for the storm clouds to clear and red gun club flag to drop, the wind gods smiled. It all seemed to happen at once as the white caps formed and kites were launched. What was looking like a pretty bleak day turned in to a blast as forty plus kites shot from Swanbourne to Brighton with the knowledge that hot sausages and cold drinks were at the end. All in all it turned out to be a really good day of kiting and socialising with lots of the new meeting the old. So thanks to everyone that came down and made the day a great success, we hope to see more of you at the next WAKSA event.
